So, I’ve been back in the city for almost 2 weeks now. Only been back to the house again one time and only for a few minutes. Going back tomorrow afternoon. Going to Voodoo Fest this weekend. with Hunter. and whoever else is going from the group. I hear word some radio station (I think 1106.7 the end) or whatever was giving out tickets.
The ride thru some areas at night is spooky. Like I-610 from the east to Metairie. Alot still in darkness. But things open more and more every day. The Ogden Museum reopened tonight. Businesses are reopening everyday and slowly getting back to a normal schedule. I’ve stayed all over the place from work, to Aunt Debbie’s, to Aunt Lisa’s in Florida, to a hotel room. I’m staying right now in the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center. Nice place. I’m working on the semi permanant living quarters.
Still working a good bit. But things are getting a little better slowly but surely. Anyways, need to check my clothes in the dryer. Till my next update, shake it!!!
