so a good bit has happened since my last postings… let’s recap.
For starters, let’s talk about the house. The demo plans of getting the city to bulldoze seem to be failing miserably. Not because the house isnt fucked up enough, but the fact that the govt is about as hardworking and dedicated to rebuilding the city as my ass is to the enjoyment of shooting firey shit from it. This is why I reiterate. Fuck the government. Nagin sure isn’t doing anything for the rebuilding of the city. Is that his plan for reelection? I won’t do a fucking thing till the city re-elects me. What an idiot. Fuck that guy. So anyways, I’m going to city hall in a few minutes to apply for a demo permit and i’m getting it done myself. The rebuilding will happen. And I’m extraditing my property from the reign of New Orleans. Look out world, here come Pickleoria. Stay posted for updates on this story as it develops.
Congrats to a buncha people. Congrats to KLF for getting out and at least having some form of normalcy again (well , at least the ability to be home). Congrats to my Dad on being elected District Governor for Lions District 8-S (the N.O. area). Congrats to Bruce Springsteen on his successful cherry pop at Jazz Fest. I hear nothing but good about it. Congrats to H& C on their oncoming of yute to the city (Stay tuned for this one, can’t give it all away). Congrats to Hunter on being the proud owner of a phat ass Porsche. Congrats to Dave and Goot on their marriage. Congrats to P on his possible new job. Congrats to MJT on getting your trailer finally powered up in da Parish.
Other notes:
Sorry my updates still seem to be lacking, but life has not been one that’s been laid back and easy. from Mergers to on-call to Lions trips to Scout Trips. It’s been action packed. I think really what I need to do is just put a calendar up on the site that lists what all I’ve done.
Like – May 1st. went to city hall. bitched at Fema guy for house demo not being done. Dave recorded the conversation where guy essentially says “The federal Gov’t doesn’t know how to do ANYTHING the most cost effective way”. I really should put the mp3 of that up on the web.
I also got an 80 gig USB drive. fits in your pocket. Holds a shitload of MP3’s. Awesome. If you are looking to put your mp3s on something portable that you can use on any PC, really get one of these. it’s worth it. Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. Awesome game. You can finally ride your whack ass rides. Score.
I’ll upload a bunch of pics sometime today. Hopefully time will give me more ability to update this site along with create webpages for my dad (lionbryan.com), nawlins news.com (yeah it’s back in my possession), and whatever else wildness I can come up with in a drop of a hat.
